3. Voluntary use

By uploading your lab results, you confirm that:

  • You are uploading the file voluntarily and of your own free will.
  • You are the owner of the file or have the right to upload it.
  • You understand the file will be processed by an AI system for analysis purposes only.

4. Accuracy of results

AI-generated analysis may not be 100% accurate. Results depend on the quality and clarity of the uploaded file. Rezulto makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis provided.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Creem. Once an analysis has been successfully delivered, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rezulto shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to medical decisions made based on the analysis provided.
