Rezulto is an independent software service that helps users understand their blood test results using artificial intelligence. We are not a medical institution, hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — to deliver your report and provide access to your results.
• Lab result file — the image or PDF you upload for analysis. This file is uploaded voluntarily by you and is used solely for AI analysis.
• Payment information — processed entirely by our payment provider (Creem). We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

• Your uploaded file is sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini) for analysis and is not used for any other purpose.
• Your email is used to deliver your report and nothing else. We do not send marketing emails.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

4. How long we keep your data

Your uploaded file and analysis results are stored on our servers to allow you to access your report via your permanent link. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini — AI analysis of your uploaded file.
• Creem — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
